Replace negative thoughts with positive affirmations.Remind yourself of past achievements when self-doubt arises.

3. Step Out of Your Comfort Zone:

Try new activities or take on challenges to build resilience.Each small success will increase your confidence.

4) Surround Yourself with Positivity:

Spend time with people who uplift and encourage you.Limit exposure to negativity, whether from peers or social media.

And finally:

Stay Informed and Educated:Knowledge builds confidence. The more you know, the less likely you are to be influenced by others.
